Service Description

Warmly welcome to 6 Wednesdays with Yinyoga where we start with the basics and build step by step with poses, breathing and meditation techniques. Everyone is welcome, whether you are new to Yinyoga or you who have practiced before. Yinyoga stays around 3-5 minutes in the positions to more passively open the body (unlike the more active hatha yoga) and is a calm and meditative form of yoga. We sometimes invite some soft movements to further help the body and our connective tissue & fascia to soften and let go. CLASSES Wednesdays 6:45-8pm, 1h 15min INVESTMENT COURSE 6times (21/2-27/3) SEK1370 Registration is binding but your place can be given to another person. (A missed opportunity cannot be replaced more than in the case of illness and a medical certificate is presented) Closed course, drop in only if availability after course started.
