A warm welcome to 6 Wednesdays with deepening in Yinyoga where we build on the positions, breathing and meditation techniques from course 1 but also start looking at the philosophy and meridians. You should have taken my beginner's course or other yin yoga before. CLASSES Wednesdays 5:15-6:30pm, 1h 15min INVESTMENT COURSE 6 times (21/2-27/3) SEK1370 Registration is binding but your place can be given to another person.
