A warm welcome to 6 Wednesdays with deepening in Yin Yoga where we build on the poses, breathing and meditation techniques from course 1 but also start looking at the philosophy and meridians. It benefits you if you have previous experience through my beginner's course or other. The class is held in SWEDISH (Swedish/English if needed) CLASSES Wednesdays 5:30-6:45pm, 1h 15min INVESTMENT COURSE 6 times (4/9-9/10) SEK1400 Are you a student? Unemployed? Retired? On sick leave?
