Service Description

Warmly welcome to try Yinyoga! Everyone is welcome, whether you are new to Yinyoga or if you did practiced before. In Yinyoga we around 3-5 min in the poses to more passively open the body (unlike the more active hatha yoga) and is a calm and meditative form of yoga. We sometimes invite some soft movements to further help the body and our connective tissue & fascia to soften and let go.
