A Gentle Friday Flow , 9:30am

Service Description

A class with focus on finding a gentle "flow"and moving meditation. We use asana, pranayama, meditation and sometimes free movement to drop in to that sensation of flow state where we are in the in the now. Join live or get the recording, available for 5 days! CLASSES Friday March 3 9:30 - 10:30am - 1h ONLINE STUDIO (Zoom) These classes are influenced by the beautiful practices of Embodied Flow™, created by Tara Judelle.
