This deepening workshop/immersion we are gonna dive more into Pranayama, Meditation & Yogic Philosophy. We will repeat what was learned in the 100 hours training and build on. You can attend live or recording. Requirement: Certified IntensiveYoga YogaInstructor or similar training. This course is a part of the coming deepening module 2 of 100 hours. When signing up for that, discount for this will be made.
