This is a training for those who want to learn more about yin yoga and its benefits. The training is aimed both at those who want to deepen their knowledge for themselves and at those who want to teach classes.
Requirement: Certified IntensiveYoga YogaInstructor or similar training.
 
This training is the first of 2 modules but you can start to teach Yin Yoga after this module when examination is done and you are certified.The training will include:
 
- Yoga practice- What is Yin Yoga? (Foundational philosophy and more)
- Poses & how to adapt with the use of "props"
- The foundational anatomy through the lens of Yin Yoga- Pranayama & meditation suited for Yin Yoga - Classplanning & how to teach- Digital course material
- Access to the recorded material
- 1 30min mentor session online
- 1 free Yin Yoga class online (in addition the recorded course material)
- Digital certificate when examination is approved
